Omph, there it is!

Omph, there it is!

For those of you know the story of Omph, it ‘s my signature story of Susie.  Remind me the next time we’re together and I’ll be glad to tell it!

From the beginning we knew we’d laugh a ton and we did. Sometimes, I at her and others, she at me but mostly we found little things to drive us into hysteria.

In Taipei, we had only ourselves to amuse ourselves and through our sleepless journey from SFO to TPE ~ actually I slept fine, she didn’t.  Shhh, she doesn’t know. We found someplace to sit and watch people. Took our favorite shot with Susie’s monkey long arms but it takes us a few to get it looking…acceptable.

Once we finally arrived in Bali…

We kept ourselves on the go shopping,

see how much she shopped!!
Nah, some if it was mine...

exploring ~ she's exploring bugs again...

and creating!

Susie took zillions of fuzzy photos ~ if you only knew, but shot some great ones too!
She took pics of dead bugs, frogs, geckos and lizards.

She noticed every ant, insect and critter.  She counted her bites daily.  She didn’t go anywhere without her blackberry.  She had a tough time with the currency ~ let’s make it easy ~ 10,000 RP is a $1 buck.  How tough can that be?   She had a devil of a time calculating the 15 hour time difference ~ add 3 hours to her blackberry clock, that’s our current time.   Eye roll, please!

Susie and I have traveled together from way back when she first came to visit me living in Monza, Italy.  We’ve been many places together here are a few notable memories:
